At Tank Shield, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. As our products are carefully manufactured and checked before dispatch, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

No Return / No Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.

Damaged Product Exception

We only offer replacement in case:

• The product is received in a torn or damaged condition

📌 Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing video and images as proof
• The product must be unused

If approved, we will provide a replacement only (no refund).

Cancellation Process

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
• We do not offer refunds for partial payments or advance payments
